Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice

This notice is provided to fulfil our disclosure obligation under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK").

1. Personal Data Processed

• Identity and contact: full name, email address, mobile number, company name
• Account and usage: plan preference, licence status, session and verification records
• Technical access and security: IP address, the approximate city/region/country derived from it, a summary of browser and operating system, pages visited, application launches, access times and security logs of suspicious requests. IP-based location is not a precise address or household identification.
• Project content: the drawing, geometry and calculation data of the rooftop and ground-mounted projects you save. Projects are stored against your account, transmitted over an encrypted connection and accessible only to you, so that they are available when you sign in from another device.
• Payment: transaction amount, date and status (card numbers are neither processed nor stored by us; payment takes place on the PCI-DSS certified iyzico infrastructure)
• Advertising measurement: if you reached the site by clicking one of our Google Ads adverts, the click identifier in the address bar (gclid) is kept in your browser's local storage for at most 90 days. When a conversion occurs — such as a subscription purchase or a demo request — that identifier is reported to Google Ads through our own server, together with the date and value of the conversion, in order to measure which advert produced the result. No advertising cookie is written and no third-party tracking script runs on the site. You can remove this record at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

2. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

Establishing membership and providing the service (performance of a contract); identity and phone verification and account security; detecting misuse and producing service statistics (legitimate interest); invoicing and statutory obligations (legal obligation); and support correspondence on request.

3. Transfers

Data is shared, in accordance with applicable legislation, with Google Firebase (Google Cloud, servers outside Türkiye) for hosting and authentication, with iyzico for payment processing, and with İleti Merkezi for SMS verification. When visit details are opened in the admin panel, the IP address may be sent server-side to ipapi.co (Kloudend, Inc., USA) to derive an approximate city/region/country; the result is cached and shown only to authorised administrators. For advertising measurement, the click identifier described above and the related conversion information (type, date and value of the conversion) are transferred to Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Transfers abroad are made within the conditions required by the KVKK.

4. Retention Period

Account data is retained for the duration of membership and, after it ends, for the statutory limitation periods; invoice and transaction records are retained for the periods required by applicable legislation, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

5. Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage for session management and language preference; no third-party marketing or advertising cookies are used, and no third-party advertising or analytics script runs on the site. Advertising measurement is carried out through the first-party local storage record described above and a server-side conversion report, rather than through cookies.

6. Your Rights

To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection to processing and others, please write to info@solarsimpro.com ; applications are answered within 30 days at the latest.
